We all know the saying . . . It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere.  So grab your sombrero, and head south of the border, for a culinary carnival that celebrates the tastes of Mexico.

Participants start off with an exciting ice-breaker or two, and are then randomly formed into teams by our professional facilitator.  As these teams, or “cantinas,” achieve various point benchmarks, by completing photo, video, and trivia challenges on iPads®, using BridgeTheApp™, our proprietary game app, they visit the “Tasty Tienda” (store) to procure the ingredients needed for their fiesta fare.

Our unique program is an exciting competition that utilizes a “five challenge” format:  iPad® trivia, video, and photo tasks that participants complete to earn their ingredients; salsa & guacamole making; margarita mixology; carving challenge, where participants carve a unique design in fruits and vegetables to enhance the display of their cantina; and a marketing challenge, complete with a publicly performed “presentation” that will rivals those of Madison Avenue. 

Once the judging is complete and the scores are tallied, the eating and drinking begins!  Participants taste the incredible treats they’ve just created, using ingenuity, collaboration, and teamwork, as no recipes are provided.

Of course, no competition is complete without gold medals for the team that has worked best as a cohesive unit, earning the highest cumulative score, based upon criteria provided by our lead facilitator.

This event is ideal for a pleasurable afternoon get-together, or a pre-dinner cocktail event, and is certain to turn please even the poutiest of palettes.

As with all BridgeTheApp™-powered events, shortly after its conclusion, your inbox will contain a link to a web page where all of the photos and videos, captured by your participants, will be available for viewing and download.

To ensure an outstanding experience, aspects of this event may be modified to maximize the benefits for your group size, makeup, available time, and other variables.  In addition, for those groups that prefer an alternative to margaritas, the event may be delivered with mojitos, sangria, or other libations of choice.
